Common questions
A scan got the plant wrong. Get closer and fill the frame with a single leaf; it usually fixes it. If the AI and our library disagree, the card says so and shows the library's verdict.
The plant isn't in the library. The AI can still identify and assess it; the card is labelled "AI identified". Tell us the plant and we'll add a verified record.
Restore a purchase. Settings → Restore purchases. Same Apple ID, same subscription.
